葉片輕木（balsa）采購要求

1、  生產(chǎn)規(guī)格和技術(shù)要求：

1.1巴沙木膠粘板材，規(guī)格如下：

Balsa Wood Glued Block, specs as below:

*長度：48?"±?"；寬度：24?"±?"；高度：6"-24"+1"；

Length:48?"±?"；Width:24?"±?"；Height:6"-24"+1"；

*條帶狀板材密度：112-250kg/m3；板材密度：90%135-190kg/m3,10%≤195kg/m3

Strip Density:112-250kg/m3；Block Density:90%135-190kg/m3,10%≤195kg/m3

*水分含量：<12％。

Moisture Content:<12%。

1.2 外觀要求：Appearance Requirements:

巴沙木板材中的木塊嚴(yán)禁在邊緣或邊角位置處出現(xiàn)任何形式的斷裂，嚴(yán)禁在寬度、高度和長度方向上存在超差現(xiàn)象，同時，不可接受任何形態(tài)的破損、斷裂或連結(jié)不良的木塊。不接受帶有蛾，昆蟲或腐爛木材的木塊。巴沙木板材帶有網(wǎng)格粘面的一側(cè)必須是完全平坦的。已經(jīng)結(jié)晶化的膠體嚴(yán)禁出現(xiàn)在板材木塊中的任何一個平面。板材中間不允許有拼接。

Blocks must not present any crack on sides or corners above the width height and length tolerances, Damaged, broken or joint blocks will not be accepted. Blocks with moth, insects or rotten wood will not be accepted. One of the grid face of the blocks must be completely flat. Crystalized gluespread on any of the faces of the block is not allowed. The blocks must not have a joint in the middle.

1.3 每個集裝箱的木塊裝載數(shù)量：

Quantity of Blocks Load per Container:

*高度為12" -21"：不超過集裝箱容量的10％。

12" -21" Height: Not over than 10% of the Container.

*高度為24" -30"：不超過集裝箱容量的5％。

24" -30" Height: Not over than 5% of the Container.

*高度為39" -48"：不低于集裝箱容量的85％。

39" -48" Height: Not less than 85% of the Container.

Seller will issue a Quality Warranty Letter before the container is loaded，and saying the blocks that provided by seller are qualified and buyer can deduct value of disqualified blocks in the following payment after warehouse inspection.

The Quality Warranty Letter should be issued to BNBMG before the container is loaded.

在裝載集裝箱之前，應(yīng)簽發(fā)質(zhì)量保證書。

1.4  賣方應(yīng)確保集裝箱滿載, 嚴(yán)禁將托盤放置于集裝箱中,每個集裝箱裝載的量不得少于26000BFT,溢裝數(shù)量和金額為+10%。
